behind Campaign Consulting.

Elžunia Stachnik has an abundance of experience and success behind her, and is passionate about helping small businesses reach their full potential.

 

Elžunia's primary motivation in what she does is the desire for excellence, and striving for this has been a critical component of her own success.

 

While she has studied marketing, sales and has a Business Coaching Diploma, she draws from her hands-on experience in business, using strong intuition and passion to zero into your business's potential.

In her work the thing Elžunia finds the most fascinating is being able to tap into your vision, and find simple strategies that bring about swift, effective change.

​

Currently based in Nightcaps, Southland (a quaint town 45 minutes north-west of Invercargill), Elžunia works with her clients over Zoom or Skype.

Elžunia grew two of her businesses to exceptional heights within recessions. One of these was a multi-million dollar employment agency, started with a two thousand dollar loan, which rapidly grew to become the largest in its field in Australia.

 

The second, this time in New Zealand, was a personalised dating agency servicing the top end of the market for very busy business people, who did not have the time or opportunity to meet that special person. A recession gives you the opportunity to grow, change your mindset and still make a substantial difference.

I left the corporate world for those reasons - to get away from that high flying stuff, and work with not big business, but small business. I help you with straight forward ideas, and get you using simple technologies that you can use.

I've heard this before and it usually sounds like, "they spoke in corporate-jargon, lectured us about all the things we were doing wrong, fixed nothing, and then charged us an arm and a leg for their time!" The good news is you wont get any of that from me, in fact, you'll get the opposite – easy to understand strategies, a deep understanding of small business issues and realities, we actually fix things, and our fees are reasonable.

It's rare that we advise a business to close down. It's far more usual that we see plenty of ways to save a business from going belly up, as we aren't burdened by the past struggles of the business or the daily emotional and mental drain of trying to keep it afloat. We seek out possibilities to effectively revive a struggling business, and then help the business pull itself out of the mud and into the light.
